Are you a consultancy, a vendor or a support desk?
All three, depending on what you need: a one-off project, specialist hours to review an architecture, or running your network and cloud month after month. We work remotely and go on site when the work calls for it.
Do you work with small companies?
Yes. From a single office to several sites connected to more than one cloud. What decides is not size, but whether technology is already part of the business.
How much does it cost?
It depends on scope, and we don't know until we understand the problem. What is fixed: the first conversation and the technical read cost nothing, and nothing gets billed that you haven't approved first.
I don't know what I need. Should I still write?
That's the most common case. Describe the symptom (the network drops, we're overpaying, we do this by hand) and we'll do the translation into technology.
We already have an IT provider. Does this still work?
Yes. We usually come in for one specific area (cloud, security, an automation) and work alongside whoever is already there. We don't ask for exclusivity.
Do we get locked in?
No. The infrastructure, the code and the access are yours, and everything is handed over documented. If you decide to continue without us, you're not left with a black box.
